Accepted Forms of Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit cards to make purchasing your favorite jewelry easier.

Shipping & Returns:

Order Tracking:

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll send another email with direct links to the carrier's site as soon as your order leaves our warehouse for you to track your shipment.

Modifying Your Order:

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us directly at hello@dopamyn.shop and we'll manage your request manually.

Cancelling Your Order:

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To proceed with the cancellation, send an email to hello@dopamyn.shop with the details of your order.

Taxes:

All prices displayed on Dopamyn include VAT and other applicable taxes, with no surprises at checkout.

Discount Coupons:

Discount coupons are not applicable on already discounted products, and only one coupon per order is allowed.

Invoice Management:

If you require an invoice, please send an email to hello@dopamyn.shop with your order number and billing information. We'll send you the invoice within 1-2 business days.

Returns and Refunds:

In case of returns, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 days after confirmation, depending on your bank.
