What are the shipping costs and delivery times? All orders within Mexico enjoy free shipping. We will keep you informed from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Size Changes
What happens if the pieces don't fit? If you need to change the size, you can request it up to 2 days after receiving your product. Simply send an email to hello@dopamyn.shop to manage the change.
Tracking Order
How can I track my order? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email (be sure to check your spam folder). When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a direct link to track it through FedEx, our delivery company.
Returns
Can I return my order? What is the return policy? If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to hello@dopamyn.shop within 15 days of your purchase, explaining the reason and putting "RETURN" in the subject line.
2. You will receive a code by email to process your return. Attach the provided guide to the return package.
3. The cost of shipping from your location to our warehouse will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be in its original packaging and with all labels intact.
- If the products are not in perfect condition, the amount in the refund will be adjusted.
Options after Return:
- Exchange of the product for another of the same amount.
- Money refund if the product meets the return conditions.
